Meet Caroline Kobylinski

MA Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy,

LPC-S, LCDC, EMDR Certified, ART Certified

I love helping people grow into the person they’ve always dreamed of becoming. Having spent time on the other side of the therapy room myself, I deeply understand how challenging—and rewarding—the work can be. My passion is creating a space where people feel truly safe to navigate both the big and small struggles of life.

As an EMDR Certified therapist, I’m continually amazed by the power of EMDR to bring deep and lasting healing. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and witnessing clients overcome years of trauma in such a dynamic way never ceases to inspire me.

Over the past six years, the Enneagram has become an increasingly meaningful part of my life. I’ve found it to be an incredible tool for fostering self-awareness, growth, and compassion—both for ourselves and for those around us.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that life can be incredibly hard, and we all need support at times. Therapy offers a space to be heard, understood, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that journey.

While I am not at the office, I enjoy eating Mexican food, cooking, hanging out with my husband and our four  dogs: Wilder, Leo, Margot, and Morty Pfefferman, Enneagram work, and of, course, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Why Choose CWK Counseling?

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and certified in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I approach therapy through a family systems lens, always considering the bigger picture of how our work fits into your family constellation. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and connection.

My specialties include trauma, family dynamics, depression and anxiety, bipolar II, borderline personality disorder (BPD) and traits, religious wounds and trauma, disordered relationships with food and body image, and enneagram exploration. I also have a passion for helping people embrace growth and bloom where they are planted. Upon request, I offer biblical counseling for those who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process.

Being a counselor is more than a profession—it’s truly what I was made to do. Through my own life struggles, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the resilience of the human spirit, not just in theory but in lived experience. Life is full of twists and turns, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you find your path forward.
